点评:we were given tickets as a Christmas gift for a show in February 2026. Sadly we are away on that date at a hotel and show day. I E-mailed the theatre on boxing day to ask if we could swap to another show. Received a blunt reply saying the tickets are non refundable or exchangeable and saying no booking was in my name. Common sense would tell you a Christmas gift would not be in my name hence the words Christmas gift. I except if I purchased the tickets the error would have been mine but a gift! come on cant they use common sense instead of a jobsworth sitting behind a desk. The person did buy protection with tickets but it is a legal con you can only claim in extreme circumstances such as death, hospital admissions etc. 3 years ago we were stuck on the M4 roadworks going to Cheltenham to watch a show with a premier inn stay. After being stuck for 4 hours returned home phoned theatre and they were extremely helpful and gave us a 2 year credit voucher to use when we wished. premier inn were not helpful and like Camberley stuck to the old terms and conditions. such a shame after using Camberley many times over the years through my own purchases and gifts they could not offer better customer care to the paying public
