点评：I first visited the Penguin Parade in 2018 and had an amazing experience, seeing large groups of penguins come ashore from the premium viewing area. It was memorable and felt worth the cost.
In 2026, I returned with friends from overseas, hoping to share the same experience. Instead, this visit was extremely disappointing. The premium area was sold out, which I regret not booking earlier, but even from the general seating area — with a clear view of the beach — we saw fewer than 15 penguins the entire evening. This was honestly shocking compared to my previous visit.
To be frank, this felt like a complete rip-off and very poor value for money. The experience was nowhere near what is advertised or what I experienced before. I feel embarrassed for bringing overseas guests to something so underwhelming. I would rather have donated the money to charity than pay for such a disappointing visit.
Given how poor this experience was, I expect you to seriously consider a refund or meaningful compensation.
