点评：A memorable experience, but with room for improvement
Our family of seven visited the Penguin Parade and, while the penguins themselves were wonderful to see, several aspects of the experience could be improved.
The queues were very long, which made the entry process feel slow and a bit tiring, especially with a larger group. Once inside, the seating was quite uncomfortable — several of us complained of sore coccyxes by the end. Providing cushions or padded seating would make a noticeable difference for visitors who are seated for an extended period.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the number of tourists openly ignoring the no‑photography and no‑video rules. Despite clear signage, many people continued to use their phones, and the rangers didn’t appear to intervene. This not only disrupts the experience but also risks the welfare of the penguins. A stricter system — such as requiring all phones and cameras to be stored in lockers and collected on exit — would help protect the animals and ensure everyone enjoys the parade as intended.
