点评:Today, we visited Portmeirion, which is undeniably a beautiful place to look at, and had a wonderful time exploring its charm. However, the customer experience was severely lacking.
We were particularly disturbed by the way the buggies ferrying hotel guests up and down the hill sped along narrow paths. When we attempted to raise our concerns, the drivers simply sped off, completely uninterested in our feedback. When we asked to speak to a manager to explain that these vehicles were being driven recklessly, we were met with an incompetent wholly of a manager who clearly hadn’t grasped the concept that 'the customer is always right.' Instead of addressing our concerns, he chose to argue with me he’ll me that ‘I should appreciate that they also have places to be’
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect. If they don’t value their customers, they won’t have any business. The management is shockingly poor, and my experience was marred by an incompetent individual who clearly wanted to engage in a confrontation rather than resolve the issue. Consequently, I have left them negative feedback.
