Very bad service, significantly overpriced
格兰德瓦利拉滑雪场的点评
点评：This is an awful place. Let’s start with the price: €70 per person per day. And let me explain what you get for this money.
The ski lifts officially close at 16:45. At exactly 16:30, we arrived at the lift that is supposed to take us back to our village. The staff member there told us that the lift was already closed, even though we could clearly see that it was still operating.
We explained that we needed to get home. He told us to use another lift instead and redirected us there. When we arrived, we discovered that there was no route from that lift to our village at all. As a result, we had no choice but to take a long bus ride back.
Because this staff member decided to stop working 15 minutes earlier than he was supposed to and clearly lied to us, we had to go home by bus in full ski equipment instead of skiing back to the village.
All of this for €70 per person per day. I do not recommend this place.
