Bear Creek Wine Company and Brewery的点评
点评：We have been at this winery in the past and loved it. Unfortunately, we did not have the same experience when we went there recently. The woman at the counter who waited on us was the rudest person I have ever experienced. She appeared to be angry because we bothered her, did not greet us when we arrived, was rude when she “had to describe wine options”, it got worse when we asked for and purchased an appetizer.
At one point while I was at the counter trying to order food, she turned away from me to wait on a couple who just walked through the door. The couple rightfully said “wasn’t she here first?” where upon this individual said “she can wait”.. I truly have never been spoken to by anyone in the service industry in this manner. My husband asked where the bathroom was, she responded “you can go outside”. We later found the restroom inside near the seating area… we will NEVER return to this place.
