点评：Helen at Hither Hills State Park gave me one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. She was rude, impatient, and treated me as if I was an inconvenience. While I was trying to ask a simple question, she started closing the window before I could even finish speaking. Her attitude made it clear that she didn’t want to help. No visitor should be treated this way. Basic courtesy and respect cost nothing, and unfortunately, neither was shown during my interaction.

Jeanne was friendly, informative, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain the park rules. Her positive attitude made our visit even better. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

Teddy was outstanding! He was friendly, helpful, and even assisted me with setting up my tent. I offered him a tip several times, but he kindly refused, saying it was his pleasure to help. Employees like Teddy make every visit better.

Overall, our stay at Hither Hills State Park was excellent. The park was clean, safe, and well maintained. It’s a five-star place to relax, have fun, and create great memories with your family. We can’t wait to come back!
