Total scam, unethical customer experience

点评：Terrible trip and feel completely ripped off:
* App is region locked so no tourists can download it for their trip - why they decided to do this I honestly have no idea.
* Weather shut coasters (Somewhat understandable) but manay non coasters and flat rides were also closed (Not understanable). Barely a thing open on our trip.
* Laughable ride opening hours - not kidding when I say some rides are open for 3 hours. Some rides don't open till the afternoon, some rides close at lunchtime for the day!
* Facial recognition system for every ride is creepy. Considering they had a data breach recently this is a complete overstep on data collection and a hackers paradise.
Worst part of all - if you arrive at a barely open park you get NOTHING! No rainy/wind policy (E.g. return another day for free or reduced fee), no refund - even partial. If you are unlucky enough to arrive with everything closed the park pockets you money and gives you nothing. This is unethical and completely unacceptable!
Unless the day is absolutely perfect do not attend, and if you do find a way to back out financially as late as you can because of their horrendous policies. AVOID!

除非天气状况绝佳，否则切勿前往。由于他们的政策糟糕至极，如果可以的话，尽量拖到最后一刻再以经济方面的理由取消行程。千万别去！！
