We live about a mile from Iron Horse Vineyards, have been Corral Club members for years, and we still get excited every time we visit — that should tell you everything.
Iron Horse produces still wines (their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are lovely), but we come for the sparkling. Their bubbles are the real showstopper. The range is impressive, the quality is unfailingly high, and if you haven't tasted them alongside the best of Champagne, you'd be surprised at how confidently they compare. There is something for every palate here — from brut to rosé to their gorgeous single-vineyard offerings.
Every host on the team is positive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they're pouring. But Ana is exceptional. She combines deep expertise with real warmth and a gift for storytelling — she doesn't just explain the wines, she makes you feel the history and craft behind them. We've brought countless guests here over the years, and Ana's tastings are always the ones people talk about afterward.
The setting is stunning (classic Sonoma, open-air with vineyard views), the vibe is relaxed and unpretentious, and the whole experience punches well above its weight.
