点评：An informative, interesting and fascinating tour. This guided tour, along with dioramas depicting the rice growing process was amazing. The growing and processing of indigo is also explained.
This museum is housed in an old mercantile building. The history within this museum is superabundant. The merchandise journals on display depict the types of goods that were sold/ purchased as well as the prices. There are a few journals that visitors may physically touch and peruse. The journals show the detailed records kept. The penmanship is precise and beautiful.

The Brown's Ferry vessel is housed in this museum. The workmanship and all wood accessories utilized in building this boat are captivating.
