点评：There were bed bugs in my daughter’s bed. I’m a disabled vet and I had to pack my family items to move to another room because of it. I couldn’t enjoy the pool or the activities with my kids because my back hurt after moving. After speaking to the manager I spoke to an employee who told me she remembers that room and they had to spray it. Instead of putting the room offline and inspecting it they put my young children and me in there! I’m sure after we switched rooms they put somebody else in that room. Thank God I took pics, because I doubt anybody would’ve done something without the proof. I also got charged for parking 4 times when I stayed 2 nights. I have been debating on going to the news because if it were up to me I wouldn't have stayed another night unfortunately I paid for it and am still suffering due to it.
翻译：我女儿的床上有床虫。我是一名残疾退伍军人，因为这个问题不得不把家人的物品打包，搬到另一个房间去。由于搬运时伤到了背，我无法和孩子们一起游泳或参加其他活动。与经理沟通后，我又询问了一名员工，她告诉我自己记得那个房间，他们确实对那里喷过药。然而，他们并没有让那个房间停用并进行检查，反而让我和年幼的孩子们住进了那里！我敢肯定，在我们换房间之后，他们就把其他人安排到了那个房间里。谢天谢地我拍了照片，因为如果没有这些证据的话，我觉得没人会采取行动。另外，我只住了两晚，却被收取了四次停车费。我一直在考虑要不要向媒体投诉，因为换做是我，绝对不会再多住一晚。可惜我已经付了钱，现在只能自认倒霉了。
