Good views, let down by service

点评：We have just finished up on the boat cruise. Our tickets included the drinks package. Navigating to Pier 61 was very easy and a lot of helpful ppl at each corner directing us. We entered the boat and welcomed by someone we think is known as ‘Kaz’ (as heard from other people). She showed us to our table and then another server gave us water. After 25 minutes we were still sitting with just our water wondering what drinks were included in our drinks package as we weren’t told on arrival and if we had to order at the bar or if it was table service. The table seated after us were served ‘proper’ drinks before us by ‘Kaz’ who seemed to know the table. We then reminded her we had the drinks package and asked politely if this entitled us to any boarding champagne. After getting this one drink we felt abandoned the rest of the night whilst she was serving the table behind cocktails left right and centre and even sitting down with them at one point so she just have known the table. Besides the lack of server attention and feeling a nuisance disturbing anyone to order a drink the food was mediocre but the singer was lovely throughout the cruise journey which was very smooth in itself as well with very good views.
