点评:Unquestionably the worst customer experience and treatment I’ve had ever. I almost never write a review because I have a high tolerance (1x per 2-3 years) but I am going out of my way to write this.
The woman running the golf counter was completely disrespectful and angry in response to fairly basic requests and questions (eg where are the scorecards located?, is there a way for my arthritic injured father who can’t play golf to just ride along without paying?). We weren’t demanding anything just asking questions and then apologizing for somehow triggering her. And then for the next hours you could hear her on the loudspeaker with the same attitude towards people (snarky, aggressive “turn the key!” Etc)
I know people have bad days I am confident with this person running the counter you will lose customers.
