点评：We booked this tour hoping to see the Nā Pali Coast and maybe a few dolphins. Somehow the entire crew exceeded every expectation. The scenery honestly does not look real. Every turn felt like a movie set, and seeing dolphins swimming alongside the raft was one of the coolest experiences of our trip.
Nikki was an amazing guide. She was not only knowledgeable about the coastline, caves, waterfalls, and history, but she was genuinely personable and made a point to get to know everyone in the group. By the end of the tour it felt less like we were just passengers and more like we were all part of the adventure together.
Captains Rob and Zalin were fantastic. You could tell safety was always their number one priority, which mattered a lot on a raft tour like this, but they also knew exactly how to make the day fun. Between the music, the energy, and hyping everyone up throughout the ride, they created such a great atmosphere while still making us feel completely taken care of.
One thing that really stood out to us was at the end of the trip when we got back a little late for our scheduled taxi. Captain Rob actually went over to speak with the driver himself and explain that the delay wasn’t our fault. That small gesture meant a lot and really showed how much the crew cared about their guests from start to finish.
This ended up being one of the absolute highlights of our Hawaii trip.
