点评：We visited Oceanside for the month of July 2026! This is our favorite spot both day and evening! Such a good photo op here! It’s just fun to walk way out on the pier and it’s so pretty at night! We had fun experiences with some pelicans (see photos). You can fish on the pier.its at least 10 degrees cooler then just a bit inland. The area has really nice beaches and restaurants around it. It’s near Thursdays day and night farmers market, which is a must do here. Just a great overall area and experience, family friendly!
Our biggest annoyance and problem being on the California coast is that you almost always have a hard time finding a parking place! Traffic is always bad. I don’t understand why there are not more parking structures around the entire coast and coastal cities. Also, everything is old and needs upgrades and modernization. I have dubbed this whole area, “San Diego Old.” Seems like every place you go, they are playing 70s music. What’s that about anyway!? 🤷♀️ A lot of the houses are very small too. It’s time to modernize California! Too much money here for things to be looking drab and old.
