There are several sightseeing places in Lindos: the Acropolis, the tomb of Kleoboulous, the village itself, some sea caves, and several stunning beaches (St. Paul's Bay, Lindos Beach Cove, and others).
The village of Lindos is very picturesque, with its white houses, narrow streets, churches. This leads to large crowds of tourists always present.
Lindos is on the east coast of the island of Rhodes, about 40 km (ca. 25 miles) south of the city of Rhodes, and it can be reached by bus from the city of Rhodes: buses are frequent, cheap and comfortable, and avoid you also the problem of finding a parking in Lindos, and paying for it. Travel time between Rhodes and Lindos is 60-90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
