点评:We had a very bad experience in Laksala. A staff person who goes by the name SHEHRAN was extremely disrespectful to us. We were buying some keychains near the counter and he kept tailgating us all the time, making me and my wife extremely uncomfortable. If we stop, so does he as if we are here to steal something. On asking about T-shirt sizes he pointed towards the section and told me NOT TO MAKE A MESS. Makes me wonder was it a necessary comment? Wondering if this is how he would treat someone from the west as well? On top of that when we asked him for a price of the T-shirt he replies, ITS TOO EXPENSIVE. Clearly, the this person is not well trained to gauge customers or he is out right rude and doesn’t have basic etiquettes required to hold this job.
After confronting him about tailgating to an extend where it got uncomfortable for both me and my wife, this person simply replies. I AM JUST DOING MY JOB MAN.
I would request the authorities to set an enquiry on this SHEHRAN and going foward, make sure you hire people who are well trained and not rude.
