Most fun of any excursion I've taken over the course of five cruises

点评：Hubby and I did Kokoo Kunuku's s the shore excursion "Aruba Sip & Savor." We agree that is was the most fun of any shore excursion we've ever done (over the course of five cruises). That's saying something.
It is a long drive to Alto Vista Winery; somehow, the drive back was much quicker and seemed to be way shorter as well. The tour of the vineyard is treacherous for those of us with mobility challenges. It's a new vineyard; it's only been in existence for 10 years. Surprisingly, their wines are good. At the end, there was a wine tasting with paired foods. The pairings were excellent.
The Winery also makes rum, so we made a stop in the distillery for a tour, lesson and taste. That required climbing stairs so you should not do this if you are mobility-impaired. The rum was also good. Not great but good.
The tour ended with dinner on the beach at a local restaurant. The courses were paired with wine; good choices by the Sommelier who accompanied our Tour Guide. However, the meal was very rushed with half the table being given only 15 minutes to eat. The young man from Alto Vista Winery needs to shorten his part of the excursion, specifically the vineyard tour.
The music was loud, everyone knew the words and sang along while shaking maracas at people on the street. Spirits were high and a good time was had by all.
