Kyle Line (Inverness to Kyle of Lochalsh)的点评
点评：This is nothing more than a cattle truck. You are herded at Inverness by a guy shouting from the barrier to an overly controlling and vocal train guard. It’s the same at Kyle. One second “the train is not ready for boarding”, (even though many already have”, to, no announcement and suddenly everyone boards.
It’s undersized with only two coaches, it needs three or four like there used to be when it was loco hauled. The train layout is cramped with seats maximinesed over the two coaches and space minimised.
Altogether a horrendous experience that I have waited years to do, but wish I hadn’t.
This is the worst experience of both train set up, capacity, and customer service I’ve seen on ScotRail.
