点评：Sloane Square - it’s a real treat to eat at the restaurant at the store at Sloane Square - a well laid out store with a smaller cafe a couple of floors down BUT at the top is a great place for afternoon tea and if your lucky a seat with a view of the roof tops of London. The Victoria and Albert Museum, Natural History Museum, The Royal Albert Hall, chimney after chimney. Quite lovely really
One issue the staff having worked in the service industry my entire career I am a stickler for service. Whether you’re a cashier, table busser or preparing someone’s tea.
I think that some of the staff in the Cafe don’t enjoy their job or take pride in their work. No hello - no smile, and one of the table cleaner rather rude.
It’s a shame really because a slight shift toward how can I be my best and focus on a customer experience makes all the difference to a persons day!
