点评:weve been diving with Tusa and we have to say we are a little disappointed and feel a little ripped of.
We were asked if we want to do 2 long or 3 short dives. We asked the dive instructor what he would recommend and he said definitely the 2 long dives. So we choose them. An the end we dived 44 minutes like the ones who did the short dives but just had two of this dives. So all in all we missed 40 minutes under water and payed a lot of money for this. I expect when I choose the premium boat I get premium service and for me this includes a good advice and explanation that if is someone is not good with the air it would be better to take 3 short dives to have the most time underwater. Especially when the instructor sees that we don’t have that much experience so we didn’t know that. It feels like they just want to save some money and time because of course it’s more stress for the divers to prepare a third dive in 20 minutes.
The boat was nice, the food was good but diving was the only thing we wanted to do!
We wrote Tusa and explained it but we got no answer! What a good customer service!!
