点评：Went to the Museum on my own as hubby was doing something else. Was very cool inside despite being hot outside.
Ticket was £15 but I thought it was well worth the charge as you can also go to The Parsonage Natural History Museum which was included in the price of the ticket.
You were not allowed to take photos inside but that’s ok.
First room had information about the neanderthals that were discovered in Gorham Caves which are part of the Rock. The room included a recreation of Nana and Flint from the skulls of that were found in the Caves. Excellently presented and very interesting.
There weren’t 100s of exhibits but what there was were well displayed and interesting information provided about them.
I really like this museum. I have been to The British Museum, The Louvre and The Vatican Museums. All these museums have way too much to see that you cannot take it all in. Where this museum had less the quality was good and you weren’t overwhelmed with artefacts.
Would definitely recommend a visit if you have time.
