Rude, Arrogant, Invasive, Exuberant Pricing

点评：Local here on the gold coast my entire life.
My visit to elsewhere surfers paradise venue was seriously FOUND WANTING!! Seldom do I go out “clubbing” On this occasion, it had been Probably the first time in over 5 years, not only was I manhandled by the man at the door checking for your wrist stamp, but also made out to be some thief for not realising you had to pay an entry fee to enter the premises.. which not every nightclub does… and when I was (extremely rudely) told about it, I was more than happy to pay. I was none the wiser having never stepped foot in elsewhere prior to this Occassion. I was grabbed roughly by the arm and “placed” back in the line… I reacted instantly to the man and he had nothing to say.
Not only were the staff outstandingly rude and arrogant, but physically invasive.
I approached the elsewhere team privately to try to rectify the matter. At first they apologised, and i was ghosted by the “human resource” team shortly after my approaching them. Hot tip for anyone dealing with masses of the general public, you don’t know how your actions are going to affect someone, You don’t know if you will evoke trauma or any other serious negative emotion… always interact with people as individuals and take care in how you treat them.. and also in this day and age
Don’t aggressively manhandle a woman or anyone who has simply made a mistake…
That is actually illegal.. technically I was assaulted and it was brushed off like nothing.. I would have understood being stopped had I have done something wrong… but even so, physical assault is never ok.
And if we are taking this venue as a whole experience, I’m sure there are better nightclubs that don’t charge exuberant price for drinks, for entry fee and who don’t physically manhandle you for no reason… but again (NEVER ACCEPTABLE)

不要粗暴地对待女性或任何犯了错误的人……
这实际上是违法的……严格来说，我被袭击了，但他们却视而不见……如果我做错了什么，我会理解被拦下……但即便如此，人身攻击永远都是不对的。
如果我们把这个场所作为一个整体体验来看待，我相信肯定有更好的夜总会，不会收取高昂的酒水和入场费，也不会无缘无故地对你进行人身攻击……但再次强调（永远不能接受）
