点评：Played on the Majlis course, which has been on my bucket list since it opened in ‘88. This course has a fantastic layout for all playing abilities and you can play from any tee to suit your handicap except Championship or Black. Personally I played from the Blue(10 hcp) which was a good choice. With slope rating I ended playing to my handicap which made the day even more special for me. The fairways were perfect with good firmness as were the greens, very receptive to well struck shots and they ran true. If you miss the fairways you end up in the sandy expanse of the course or water! Bunkers were well kept. The marshals were polite and friendly. Places to stop and grab drinks or snacks were frequent. The only thing to let the course down are the players! Not everyone fills divots or repairs pitch make, but this seems to be the norm at most courses! I hired clubs for my round which were all the Ping 430 range, very nice.
Practice facilities were great with stacked balls on the range large putting and chipping greens.
Club house staff were helpful and polite and the check in process was easy. Locker rooms were very clean and tidy and again the attendant was helpful.
Pro shop was well stocked with a good range of goods to suit all pockets. Bar/ eating area was also clean and tidy. Overall my experience was excellent and I would love to have a round with my own clubs.
