Ascot Racecourse的点评
点评：We attended the food festival at Ascot Racecourse and had a fantastic experience. The staff were absolutely brilliant — every single person we interacted with was accommodating, friendly, and helpful. Whatever training or pay structure you have in place is clearly working, because the service was excellent throughout.
A special mention has to go to Richard. He didn’t stop all day. He moved tables and umbrellas for us without being asked, kept checking on our group, and was great with everyone. He even gave us a tip not to bet… and then suggested we get the £10 wallet, which turned out to be brilliant — one of our girls walked away with £320 in winnings! Richard was a real star.
The car park attendants and cashiers were excellent too. Security were a bit jobsworth in places, though not all of them.
We’ll definitely be back next year and I’m already planning a group day. Please get in touch — I’ll need some help organising it.
