Need better safety supervision

点评：Went snow tubing with my family. We were a group of 10 of different ages from school age, teenagers and adults. We had a fun but in the two hours we saw two scary incidents that made us decide not to go back again. We think they are understaffed and most young workers try their best to do their work but being that there are not that many of Them is easy to slip and make mistakes. As soon as we got there we witness how a lady crashed into a young boy who was still on his tube on the same lane. The lady was much bigger and ond once she crahed into him at a very fast speed the boy went flying hurting both of them to the point ambulance was needed. An hour lady later as we were waiting on line one of the workers pulled a rider who was on the end left lane out making the lady fly out to the side of the mountain to what i heard caused her to have some injuries on her face. My 4 and 6 year old witnessed both incedents which made them nervous to see and hear everyones reaction. They immediately wanted to leave and us adults had to act like nothing happen to not make them more nervous. I think some workers need better training and more staff are needed to supervise each line. Also there needs
To be someone by the ramps to make sure pads to avoid slipping are in place
Since i fell bc the rubber pads got stuck with the tubes. Fun place but safety is not their #1 concern. We are required
To sign a waiver to not sue but come
On! Keep your riders safe! If you are traveling with kids or on your own make sure lanes are clear before sliding down.
To be someone by the ramps to make sure pads to avoid slipping are in place
