I did my first skydive (a 10,000 ft jump) on my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The entire team was incredibly warm and welcoming. I was quite nervous when I first arrived, but as soon as I spoke to them, they made me feel completely at home — they turned my anxiety into pure excitement!
A huge shoutout to Emma and Dave, who helped calm my nerves right away, and to Glen, my instructor — he was absolutely fantastic! He kept me involved throughout the skydive and made sure I was comfortable and enjoying every moment. Alex, my photographer, was equally amazing — I’d asked him for a fist-bump shot before the jump, and he made sure to capture it perfectly!
I arrived around 7:30 a.m. to avoid delays. Although the weather was a bit uncertain at first, the team handled everything brilliantly. As soon as conditions improved, they quickly arranged everything so we could all jump before it changed again.
Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience — the team went above and beyond to make it unforgettable.
