点评：My sister, brother-in-law, and I took the private tour of the Warsaw and Krakow region with Greetings from Poland, and we had an amazing time! Our local guide in Warsaw, Jola, was terrific—knowledgeable, friendly, and full of fascinating stories. She showed us interesting sites we would have missed on our own and was always happy to answer our many questions.
Our guide in Krakow, Robert, was also good and gave us a nice overview of the city and its history. The drivers, Luke and Wojtek, were excellent—always on time, friendly, and very professional. On our last day of our tour, we visited the town where my grandmother grew up, Pogorska Wola, near Tarnow. Luke, our driver and translator, went above and beyond to help us, even finding the local priest! Wojtek drove us to Zakopane and, although the weather was awful, he quickly found some great alternative museums for us to visit.
The hotels and meals were top-notch, too. We stayed at the Chopin Boutique B&B in Warsaw, a charming place that offers nightly Chopin piano recitals for a very reasonable charge. The location was great and the breakfast delicious. In Krakow, we stayed at the Hotel Wyspiański, which was in a perfect location and offered comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast.
Everything was well organized from start to finish. I send a huge thank you to Tomasz who organized the entire trip We truly enjoyed every part of the trip and would highly recommend Greetings from Poland to anyone planning to visit!
