点评：Very Disappointing Experience – Unacceptable Staff Behaviour
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this bar, largely due to the conduct of the staff.
Several staff members stood around us in numbers, creating an intimidating atmosphere and effectively scaremongering us into finishing our drinks at the end of the night. This was handled aggressively rather than professionally. At one point, a female member of staff threw a plastic cup in our direction, which is completely unacceptable in any hospitality setting.
To make matters worse, a staff member then insinuated that we had made a racist comment, which is completely untrue. This accusation was deeply upsetting and made the situation even more uncomfortable. Being falsely accused of something so serious, without any basis, is not only unfair but irresponsible.
This venue may be well known, but the behaviour of the staff was rude, aggressive, and hostile. I am sharing this to warn others, as no customer should be treated in this manner or made to feel intimidated or falsely accused while simply trying to enjoy a drink.
