点评：We have had the most amazing holiday in Italy under the direction of Rossella. During the 8 day tour of northern italy pur group became very close and the trip was made even more special with Rossella as our Tour Guide.
Her knowledge of areas and customs was first class and she constantly went above snd beyond to make our journey even more enjoyable. Our driver Gianfranco was also very good and never gave us any reason to feel
unsafe.
Caranni Tours could not get a better ambassador for their company.
Rossella is such a wonderful person and demonstrated that she was not just a tour guide, but was a friend looking out for our every need. She was also contactable at any time if we felt we needed her help.
Even after she left Rome with the group, she kept in touch with us to make sure we were ok.
We feel as though we have gained a life long friend and we hope to see her down under one day.
