点评：rude and awful service speaking with staff.
I had booked an overnight stay for a quick little getaway for my wife. unfortunately this morning, we both came down with the flu and had to cancel the reservation. the staff member (she did not introduce herself) abruptly answered the phone and I quickly explanation the situation. her response was, “are you aware of the 48 hour policy” to which I said I yes. she clicked some buttons and said “you’re cancelled.“ I inquired about the room cost to which she said yes and immediately hung up the phone. no decency, no politeness, no manners, completely unprofessional, and no consideration for the fact that I am still a paying customer. horrible customer service and that was just a phone a call. if that’s an indication for their service in general, I would not stay at this resort.
