Overpriced. Underwhelmed.
Carson Hot Springs Spa的点评
点评：We were there for a wedding. The location was stunning and very close to the wedding venue. There was a nice large fire pit for evening gatherings.
Unfortunately the property is very dated and the carpet in the rooms smells. Bathrooms need upgrading. Housekeeping was non existent. Out of 4 nights I had to ask twice to get one day of room service. No one from property is on site after business hours and they do not answer the phone after hours. You are on your own in case of being locked out or need any type of support. There is no food service available on property but you can go up the hill to the golf restaurant for B,L,D. Guests at the hotel get 10% off food service - which was not mentioned by the hotel upon checking. Found out my last day of service from the waitress.
They have the location going for them but they are not putting any noticeable money back into the property.
Not worth it for the money being charged in my opinion.
