点评:I’ve been visiting Ten Thousand waves for almost a year and during my last visit found the cleanliness of the facility had gone down hill and was so unclean I didn’t have a pleasant before or after massage experience. As I was feeling tired and woozy after the massage I didn’t address this in the moment with the staff. I called back later after submitting a contact form describing the situation and I asked for a refund since the visit was very sub par and not conducive for a true healing experience or use of the facility before or after the massage. I didn’t shower afterwards because the bathroom was not clean enough. I was told they could only offer 25% off a future visit if I chose to come back - I asked to speak to a manager. I missed her call and her message said she would be happy to discuss my concerns and complaints - no admittance of the issue or comment about making it right. I refuse to call back and waste my time further but I leave this review for all to know that this facility is not prioritizing their cleanliness and not willing to make it right when someone complains about it. They would rather lose a customer than make it right.
