Moor Park Golf Club的点评
点评：Moor Park is a stunning venue with beautiful interiors, and it’s a real shame that the service and organisation did not match the setting.
Unfortunately, our wedding day was made far more stressful than it needed to be due to poor communication, lack of organisation and staff not being aware of arrangements that had been agreed in advance. We were left waiting outside at the agreed 7am access time for half an hour, had to chase staff regarding basic aspects of the day, and I found myself answering questions and correcting arrangements that I had already confirmed beforehand. Communication was inconsistent, we received conflicting information from different event coordinators. It was frustrating to have plans confirmed by one team member, only to be told later by another that they could not be accommodated.
There were also issues with the intimate wedding package, room arrangements and timings, which had caused frustration throughout the planning process.
A wedding day should allow the couple to relax and enjoy themselves, not leave them worrying about whether the venue team know what is happening or having to resolve issues themselves.
It’s particularly disappointing because the venue itself is genuinely beautiful and has so much potential. Sadly, based on our experience, I would not recommend Moor Park as a wedding venue. The level of service and attention to detail simply did not feel consistent with the standard of the venue itself.

实在令人遗憾，因为这个场地本身真的非常漂亮，也具备巨大的潜力。但基于我们的亲身经历，我并不推荐Moor Park作为婚礼举办地。其服务水平及对细节的重视程度实在难以与场地的档次相匹配。
