Worst spa experience- massage appt cut short by 15 mins

点评：Booked a Spa day today- paid £86 for a 25min neck/shoulder/scalp massage and a 25 scrub. The therapist JO was the worst therapist I have ever had. She was 10mins late so I was called at 11:10. The entire massage was rushed in 15 mins, she did one side of my arm, didn’t do the other side. She rushed the entire appointment and the massage was cut short. She had finished my appointment at 11:45am. This was such a disappointing day. I paid £86 for a 35 treatment which is ridiculous. When I raised it with the reception, I got blank looks from 3 members of staff. Nothing was done.
The food for the spa day was atrocious. The chicken Caesar salad was disgusting. My mum had the halloumi salad which she was also extremely disappointing. The staff at the restaurant had no idea about what the menu consisted off and didn’t even bother to double check when we asked questions. The staff also said the chef/kitchen don’t have any olive oil for a vegetarian salad dressing.
Overall VERY POOR. Jo the therapist was unprofessional and very poor at her job. Don’t waste your money at this spa.
