I still enjoying my stockpile of Wade's Mill grits from last year! Their grits are the best I've ever had! It’s worth the drive up to Raphine, VA. My method cooking magic grits: Bring 2 cups water & 2 cups whole milk and 1tsp Celtic salt to a simmer in a medium pot over a stovetop. Stir in 1 cup coarse ground grits slowly and stir to combine until it is smooth without no lumps. Stir frequently for about 25 minutes. When they’re close to done add 1 teaspoon butter to bring out the creaminess taste. These rich, creamy grits make a delicious breakfast staple my go to source for the daily grind. Best grits ever! Wade's Mill grits is the best ever! It must make them magic grits! Can even eat them at the Thunderbird Cafe!!!!
