Very Well Laid Out Wildlife Park

点评：Jimmy’s Farm & Wildlife Park is situated near the village of Wherstead and is just off the A137 Ipswich to Manningtree road.
It’s around four miles from Ipswich and eight and a half from Manningtree.
I was very impressed with the big enclosures which give the animals plenty of space to roam.
There are lions, a tiger, polar bears, Arctic foxes, Arctic wolves, capybaras, armadillos, zebras and bears on view to name just a few species.
There’s also a reptile and butterfly house although we could only spy one butterfly during our visit.
There are several food and drink outlets spread across the site, which is pretty big.
It is a little up and down with some gravel paths so might not be the best for those with mobility issues.
There are several eco friendly toilets in various locations in the park.
We ate in the Barn restaurant which was very good.
A thoroughly enjoyable day despite the inclement weather.
Admission fees are £23 for adults, £21 for senior citizens and £18.50 for children.
