点评：So glad we made reservations to taste here while in Fira! Elina was awesome. She gave us a tour of the vineyard and gave us an overview on the wine process.
It blew my mind on how different wine is processed here and their aging process on these wines. Tasting room is stunning! You can sit inside or out. We say inside as we had our son who was not a fan of the heat. And yes this is a kid friendly tasting room. We did the Santorini tasting and had a rośe, which we purchased a bottle of, two whites, one red and two dessert wine. Each tasting came with food pairing.
None of the wines disappointed here. Each had their own unique taste and aging process/ some of these wines are aged up to 100 years. Yup we were shocked as well.
This is a must when visiting the area.
