点评：We started the trail from Anse Marcel and returned the same way.
This is a decently challenging hike and you need good shoes for sure. Pack water and be prepared to hop into the ocean when you arrive. It was glorious!
The hike is about 45 minutes each way. The first ten minutes is easy as you walk a service road but after the waste treatment plant you veer right and start the trail ducking through the trees. There are some narrow sections and some steep spots that get slippery in the rain. Lots of cacti on the side so be careful of what you grab and reach for. There are some information signs along the way to explain some of the plants around you. The trail is not well marked, but it seemed fairly apparent where you should go. Right now it is quite lush so we did not have a ton of scenic lookouts along the way with all the foliage. Once near the beach, the views are spectacular.
Highly recommend you arrive early so that you do not get too hot. We set out around 7:30 and spent an hour on the beach all by ourselves. The swimming was excellent and the sand soft. Highly recommend this adventure as it was worth the effort.
