点评：Reading some of the negative reviews on here I'm thinking some people just have no spirit of adventure. We travelled by Toy Train a few weeks ago and it was a true life experience. I had pre booked all our trains via the IRCTC and unfortunately the only toy trains left with availability were the 2nd sitting which is the nasic Toy train. The nicer Vistadome was fully booked, probably due to tour companies buying up all the seats. Anyway I purchased 4 tickets for the grand sum of £3. The train was narrow (Toy trains are) with seats arranged in pairs facing each other. There's no AC but to be honest the windows and the door was open all the way up. There's enough room for bags in the overhead racks. The loo is basic and there's no refreshments so come prepared. Each carriage is individual and you can't walk between them. The journey is 5 hours but we all agreed that it went by quicker than we thought. So much to see on the way up. The landscape changes and you marvel at the engineering of it all. And when you arrive into Shimla you are in another world. A timeless beautiful place clinging on to the hillsides. A place full of history and architecture and just misty wondrous beauty. Shimla you have our hearts. Please don't be put off by the naysayers. Do it. It doesn't matter if you're a bit sweaty or uncomfortable for a few hours. The journey is part of the fun. And the top is the cherry on the cake. ❤️
翻译：看了这里的一些负面评价后，我觉得有些人就是缺乏冒险精神。几周前我们乘坐了玩具火车，那真是一次难忘的人生体验。我事先通过IRCTC预订了所有火车票，可惜当时唯一还有票的可选班次就是二等座，也就是最普通的玩具火车。那种更高级的Vistadome车厢则早已售罄，大概是被各大旅行社抢购一空了。不管怎样，我最终还是花了一大笔钱——共计3英镑——买下了4张车票。这列火车的车厢比较狭窄（就是那种玩具火车的大小），座椅成对排列、面对面设置。车上没有空调，不过说实话，窗户和车门一直都开着。头顶的置物架空间足够放置行李。洗手间很简陋，也没有任何饮料或零食供应，所以请提前做好准备。每个车厢都是独立的，无法在车厢间穿梭。整个旅程耗时5小时，但我们都觉得时间过得比预想的要快。沿途有太多值得一看的景致了。沿途的风景不断变换，令人惊叹于这一切背后的工程奇迹。而当你抵达西姆拉时，仿佛进入了另一个世界——一个依山而建、永恒而美丽的地方。这里充满历史与建筑之美，还有那如梦似幻的朦胧景致。西姆拉，你俘获了我们的心。请千万别被那些唱反调的人影响。去吧！就算几个小时里你会有点出汗或不太舒服，也没关系——这段旅程本身就是乐趣的一部分。而登上山顶，则是整趟旅程中最值得期待的亮点啊。❤️
