点评：We had a wonderful time. I can’t believe I had not heard of Glenstone before last fall, but I’m so glad I know about it now. It really is nature, art and architecture right in the Montgomery County country side and that last part is very impressive in my opinion. I loved the beautiful natural native walk along the paths. It is a lot of walking but it’s so beautiful even on a 95 degree day in mid July it was worth it. We did have our water bottles with us but Glenstone offers many water stations along the paths, as well as call boxes for visitors who may need help. The art outside the “main buildings” was fun and thought provoking and at times a bit whimsical. Inside the buildings the art was interesting I really loved some and some was fine but not for me. We grabbed a light snack at the patio and the food was pretty good and not over priced in my opinion (I’m comparing it to the other museums in the DMV). Service at the patio was fantastic and eating under the trees with my family was a nice way to spend my time. I loved the fact that this is a place for adults I think I might have seen 1 stroller. My family and I love all the DC activities and many times they are really kid focused so having a nice place to go that is free without children everywhere was great.
My only real issue was their lack of constancy with their bag policy I was stopped before entering the check-in area and told my 8.5x9 inch bag was too big and that was fine I just took it back to my car but I saw a lot of other people with larger bags everywhere around the property. That was a little disappointing, I’m ok with a bag policy but it should be the same for everyone.
I’m really looking forward to going back again in the fall.

我真的非常期待秋天时能再去一次。
