Coral Diving Crete的点评
点评：e originally booked two days of diving, Thursday and Friday. We were asked to move our booking forward a day due to weather (despite clear blue skies), which we accommodated.
We attended the first day - and our instructor, Mica, was great. Again we were asked to move our second dive day for the second time, from Saturday to Monday. However I unfortunately ended up getting quite sick due to a sore throat from drinking seawater after the first dive.
I tried to cancel our second day and was met with a very very rude service, arguing that I was wrong about the reason I caught a flu, stating that we were going to go partying the day before anyway so we wouldn’t be able to go diving anyway (this is completely false btw). Kostas was completely presumptuous and extremely difficult. We only got a part refund despite only paying a couple days prior. They stated that they couldn’t replace us in the course and therefore they were losing money. This is not our problem how we as it was them who moved our diving days.
My advice, if you’re going to go with this dive school, only pay for the dives you do in that day. They talked about their cancellation policy but nothing at all was mentioned, nor is anything on their website.
Furthermore, although we are certified to 18m, they only took us 10m depth, and we barely saw anything whatsoever.
