点评：We had a fishing/lodging combo package 4 nights, 3 days guided fishing. Fishing guides and fishing was excellent. Loved the lodge room, it was clean with ample space to move around. The cleaners were good, but they moved our toiletries around- like our toothbrushes and rehung our towels in different places (didn’t give us new towels) which was kind of weird because we could not tell which towel each of us had used. The biggest disappointment was their fine dining - not so fine. The first two nights meals were terrible. Food taste is subjective I know, but not sure where to start: the salmon didn’t look like salmon nor taste like salmon. Meatloaf was smothered in barbecue sauce/tomato ketchup and you couldn’t scrape it off, and didn’t taste like beef. The side carrots were raw with little seasoning. The frozen pie was still frozen when served. We learned later that our first two night meals were by cooked by one person and the last two nights were cooked by another person- keep the chef that cooked the brisket and the pork chop (last two nights), those meals were good- she’s a keeper.
