A Wonderful Week in a Beautiful Greek Resort

点评：My wife and I stayed at the Aldemar Olympian Village in Skafidia for a week in mid-June, and we had a truly wonderful holiday. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay.
The staff were fantastic throughout — always friendly, welcoming, helpful and genuinely eager to please. A special mention must go to the reception staff, who could not have been more helpful. Greek hospitality at its very best!
The main buffet restaurant offers a huge variety of food, with plenty of choice to suit most tastes. We also loved the à la carte restaurants, where both the food and service were excellent. Enjoying a lovely meal while watching the spectacular sunsets was one of the highlights of our holiday.
The resort itself is in a beautiful setting and is kept impeccably clean. We were especially grateful to be given a room close to reception, which also put us within easy reach of the main pool, restaurants and beach. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a lovely bathroom and a large walk-in shower.
There are several pool areas throughout the resort, including quieter pools where you can simply relax, while the main pool has afternoon entertainment for those wanting something a little livelier. The beach is absolutely huge, with soft golden sand and plenty of sun beds and parasols. The sea remains shallow for quite some distance, which should make it particularly appealing to families with young children.
The resort is in a fairly remote location, but for us that was part of its charm. It is a vast resort with lovely long walkways, beautiful views and plenty to explore. There is enough going on if you want to be entertained, but it is also a wonderful place to simply switch off, relax, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and soak up the seemingly endless Greek sunshine.
We had such a lovely week and came home with many happy memories. The beautiful setting, excellent food and, above all, the warmth and friendliness of the staff made this a very special holiday for us.

度假村内设有多个泳池区，其中有些较为安静的泳池适合放松休息；主泳池则在下午会有一些娱乐活动，适合喜欢热闹氛围的人。海滩极其宽阔，有着柔软的金色沙滩，还有大量的日光浴床和遮阳伞。海水在很远的距离内都保持较浅的深度。这应该会特别吸引有年幼孩子的家庭。
