Fulford Golf Club的点评
点评：Firstly, we found the booking system and car parking very easy to use, which set a great tone for the day. The pro shop staff were extremely welcoming and wished us an enjoyable round, which was a nice touch.
The course itself certainly lived up to my expectations in terms of layout and overall standard. However, after the 6th hole we did encounter some confusion and ended up playing 15 and 16, as we weren’t aware we needed to walk over the bridge — clearer signage here would really help.
The members and other players we came across were very friendly and understanding, which added to the experience. There was quite a bit of course maintenance taking place during play, which is understandable but worth noting.
The clubhouse was, again, very welcoming, and the food was served promptly and was of a very good standard.
Our only real negative was that we paid the full price of £120 each, yet the greens had just been sanded. It would have been appreciated to be informed of this in advance, or perhaps offered a reduced rate, as it didn’t quite feel like the full “Fulford experience.”
That said, we will definitely return when the course is back in its full Fulford glory.
