A Perfectly Relaxing 8th Anniversary Spa Experience

点评：We recently visited for a couples spa day to celebrate our 8 year anniversary, and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish.
I booked a spa package directly with the hotel, which included an hour’s use of the spa facilities, treatments, and a cream tea. From the moment we arrived on a Wednesday, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, which immediately set the tone for the day.
The spa itself is located downstairs and, while it is on the smaller side, it has a really intimate and relaxing atmosphere that we actually preferred. On arrival, we were greeted with two glasses of juice (a thoughtful touch as we don’t drink alcohol) and a chocolate dessert with “Happy Anniversary” written on it, which made the experience feel extra special and personal.
After enjoying the spa facilities, we were taken for our treatments with Beth and Genesis, who were both fantastic. The treatments were relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed both therapists provided a high level of care and service throughout.
Afterwards, we headed upstairs for cream tea, which included a choice of tea or coffee and two fresh scones each. It was the perfect way to end the experience.
Overall, the service throughout the day was excellent, and the entire package felt well worth it. A wonderful way to celebrate a special occasion we would definitely recommend it to others looking for a relaxing and thoughtful spa experience.
