Ring of Kerry Golf Club的点评
点评：I supplied decorations for a June wedding at The Ring of Kerry Golf Club and arranged to collect them afterwards. I first emailed in July and August, then called in September, and was told by the manager, Eamon, that they would look for the decorations. However, I never received any follow-up.
I emailed again in October and was told that it’s “policy” for unclaimed wedding decorations to be disposed of and that mine were most likely thrown away. I was also told they had “attempted to contact me”, which is simply not true. They had both my phone number and email address, and I check both multiple times a day.
What makes this worse is that I had reached out several times trying to get them back. When I then requested that the decorations be replaced, I was given an email address for a manager that doesn’t even exist , my emails just bounced back.
It’s such a pity, because the venue itself is beautiful, but the lack of accountability and professionalism from management has been extremely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend relying on them to safely store or return any items after an event.
