点评：When planning my trip to Ukraine, I learned of Kateryna in a post on a Rick Steves travel forum, in which the writer, a Mr. E., of Texas, and a frequent traveler to Ukraine before and after the Russian invasion, had written, “I trust her with my life. Always good in this situation. Her client list in the last few years has included world dignitaries as well as guys like me…”
I wanted to be in Kyiv on July 4th, America's Independence Day, to once again feel what it is like to be in a land of the free and home of the brave.
Kateryna drove and walked me through Bucha, Irpin, when I mentioned my appreciation for Banksy's art and mission, she took me to see an authentic Banksy spirited away to a construction site, the Sophia, the Wall of Remembrance... Without Kateryna's guidance, historical and cultural knowledge, my eyes would have been have shut to all I was seeing. She opened Kyiv up for me; not only its intense present, but its very long history and varying eras. Kyiv is truly--even now--one of the great capitals of Europe.
If you want to get the very most from your time in Kyiv and elsewhere in Ukraine, Kateryna is the person you should connect with.
