Very modern and scenic, poor service

点评:The facility was clean, picturesque, not too crowded for a Monday visit. We stayed for over 3 hours. The service needs lots of work. We asked a staff member of we could get the sugar scrub for the Turkish bath and she said there was a container available at the entrance. Once inside, another staff member started yelling at my wife in Italian in front of a dozen guests. We said we did not understand and she was unrelenting. We had to leave, embarrassed and confused. Later, the same individual suddenly showed up and started directing people loudly in the sauna. Pointing her finger at people and yelling at times. Half the people (Swiss, German, American, Spaniards) did not understand and were confused. Looking back, I think she was trying to clear the space for a special session. It made no sense at the time and felt very awkward, esp with no clothing allowed in that area.
People pay a high price for a luxury experience that is meant to be stress free. That is the purpose. This particular staff member pretty much ruined our experience by causing stress, confusion and public embarrassment. If you are dealing with the public that is international, then be qualified by being courteous, speak the languages or use quiet methods (signs) to communicate. It's not a lot to ask for.
