点评：A huge disappointment!
We stopped for a quick visit between two trips on the beach in Viareggio.
We are used to high-quality service, especially in Italy!
But this place is anything but that!
First of all, the place was almost empty. We sat down at a table we liked, but were immediately asked to move because we were told that if we only wanted to have drinks, we couldn’t sit there.
Fine, we moved.
My partner ordered an orange juice. After it was brought, he wanted to open it himself after shaking it as usual.
However, the waiter hadn’t informed him that it had already been opened inside — he just loosely placed the cap back on.
Half of the orange juice spilled all over his clothes!
The staff’s professionalism: zero!
Not even a single apology, and they didn’t offer any help whatsoever. They only said the restroom was over there.
As a matter of restaurant etiquette: a sealed bottle should always be opened in front of the guest — that’s the standard!
For us, this wasn’t just low quality — it wasn’t even acceptable!
By Italian standards, it’s an absolute zero!

员工的专业素养：零！
他们连一句道歉都没有，也没有提供任何帮助。他们只是说洗手间在那边。
按照餐厅礼仪，密封的酒瓶应该当着客人的面打开——这是标准流程！
